General Information
Admission and Late Arrivals
You may enter the Performing Arts Center two hours before the starting time of an event. Seating policies are at the discretion of each presenting organization. If you arrive late and are held out, you can watch the performance from the PAC’s TV monitors located on all three levels of Chapman Music Hall and in the Williams lobby. Holdouts may be only a few minutes until there is a break in the action. However, the presenting organization may ask that patrons be held out until intermission. If you must leave once inside the theater, you may not be allowed to re-enter until intermission. Please retain your ticket stub in case you are asked to show it when re-entering the theater.Appropriate Dress
Very few events held at the PAC are formal. The level of dress is generally casual to business casual. Your comfort is our uppermost concern. Some patrons enjoy dressing up. Others are most comfortable in jeans. Rest assured, you will see a little of everything.Babies and Children
An event’s presenting organization, the PAC Web site and the PAC ticket office will carry information regarding a program’s suitability for children. Presenting organizations may ask that no children be admitted due to adult program content. Some presenters will allow very young children or babies to sit on the lap of an adult at no charge. For most events, every person who enters the theater, regardless of age, must have a ticket. Please check with the presenting organization or the PAC ticket office if you are unsure about an event in that regard. Some presenters may offer a reduced ticket price for students and children.
Booster seats for young ones are available. Changing tables are available in PAC restrooms.
Bad Weather
The cancellation of performances, and refunds or exchanges due to bad weather, is decided upon by the presenting organization. The PAC will post cancellation notifications on its Web site and send you an e-mail broadcast with cancellation information if you have entered your e-mail address on the home page of the PAC Web site. The PAC also will provide recorded updates on its administrative office number, (918) 596-7122.Cell Phones and Pagers
Please silence all cell phones and message systems before entering the theater. Please note that the opening and closing of cell phones and sending messages may disturb patrons and performers.Coat Check and Binoculars
You may check your coat in the 3rd Street lobby of Chapman Music Hall for $.50 per item. There is no Coat Check available in the Williams lobby for events in the Williams, Doenges or Norman Theaters.“Rhinoculars” are available for rent in the 3rd Street lobby for events such as opera, ballet and Broadway musicals. The rental cost is $5. For security, patrons must also leave a credit card or driver’s license.
