HEARING DEVICES AND SIGNED INTERPRETATION
Headsets for the Sennheiser infrared hearing assistance system can be checked out with a driver's license for performances in Chapman Music Hall, Williams and Doenges Theatres. The devices may be picked up at the Coat Check in the Third Street Lobby, or from the House Manager on duty during events in Williams and Doenges Theatres. Patrons may check with the PAC at (918) 596-7109 regarding requests for signed interpretation.
TELECOMMUNICATION DEVICE FOR THE DEAF
Tickets may be ordered using the Telecommunication Device for the Deaf/Teletypewriter by calling (918) 596-7211. Tickets may be ordered via the Internet at
MyTicketOffice.com.
HANDICAPPED SEATING AND PARKING
Ticket buyers who would like wheelchair-accessible seating should purchase tickets by calling (918) 596-7109 and mention their request at time of ticket purchase. Wheelchair accessible seating may be requested in writing when purchasing tickets online at MyTicketOffice.com. Handicapped parking is located on the street level of the parking garage near the PAC elevators. Use the south elevator to reach Chapman Music Hall. Use the north elevator and wheelchair lift to reach the Williams, Doenges and Charles E. Norman Theatres.
RESTROOMS
Restrooms are located on the balcony, mezzanine and Third Street lobby floors for Chapman events, and immediately adjacent to the John H. Williams Theatre lobby for events in the other theatres. A large suite of restrooms is located on the Promenade level. Chapman patrons who use the Promenade restrooms can do so from the west doors on the orchestra level.
